Solstice eclipse

Sometimes I gaze up at the sky and wonder...
On this little big planet...

Separated by miles, mountains and even oceans...

When we look up into the sky...
Do you see the same moon as I do?

Those pictures are awesome. :D

And if I'm not mistaken, those are some Dear John quotes.

I wanted to get up in the night and see if the moon was red (they said there would be a possibility of that) but I was too tired too! And this was a once in our life time chance to see it on the start of winter! Thanks for posting the shots

I have seen lunar eclipses before but nothing like that one. So many colours. And no the quotes are mine since I have never heard/seen dear John.

Awww I didn't even know there was going to be one. :( At least I get to see your pictures, so thanks for sharing!

We see the same moon, just from different angles I'm sure hehe. I think we see different stars though depending on what time of year. I never really studied astronomy even though I find it interesting.

Russell's dreads have been growing for more than a decade now...his wife says it's like sleeping with another person in the bed...hmm.
Can you believe I actually forgot about the helmet thing? Rode off, lalala, 5 minutes down the road..."Wait, something's missing...wonder what it could be?" I swear!
I really felt the difference in my balance this ride, since this is the first ride when I've actually had a real belly...Staying on at anything but the walk was far more difficult than it ever has been before!
At least your horse eats watermelon, which could be seen as healthy-ish. Our's prefer bread & wine :D
