I was thinking of so many things that start with C but I love to take pictures of Cats and there happens to be an abundance of them at any barn you visit. They are so cute and funny but hard to get pictures of, especially when they try and trip you by encircling your ankles. I hear it's in their divine plan to eliminate the human race.
It's proper to stretch after every nap and to squash yourself in as small a box as possible. If there are no boxes a square drain hole works just fine.
Theres always things to swat at.
Sisters to tackle.
In every domestic cat there is a lion with a ferocious roar.
Things to keep and eye on.
When you live in a barn there are always birds and mice to catch. Sometimes I swear people are feeding pigeons bombs. I come in and it looks like a bird exploded with all the feathers around here.

Love this challenge as a reason to fully indulge in cat pictures. You got some find shots representing different modes of "catness".

Barn cats...always a bit bittersweet to me! They are soooo friendly and act starved for attention...and yet amaze me at their survival skills! great shots showing their lives!!!
What a great selection of Cat Photos, I really enjoyed them! The one of the grey and caramel colored Cat is just wonderful, and who can resist a tuxcedo cat..all dressed up everyday! :) !

Thanks cats aren't my first choice of per but I definately love them as I do all animals.
Jo- These are cats from a barn that I take care of. Fluffers unfortunately died D: She was very old for a barn cat.
