Riding face

I think I must make the oddest riding faces sometimes. Unintentionally of course unlike the rest of the photobombing that may or may not be intentional.
Maybe I concentrate too hard when I am riding or driving to smile. The horse, shes got her ears forward looking at the camera person. Thats how easy it is being a horse in a photo. Ears forward, concentration for a millesecond. Easy peasy.

But Indigo, shes got the cute face nailed. I mean how could you resist this? Sheepskin fuzzies and all. She had me sold at nicker.

I can't even describe my goofy faces when I ride. I wonder if I am just not photogenic because my daughter Maizie never looks weird in any photo yet I always do. I get some funny faces of the horses sometimes - they are not like Indigo - she looks lovely in all the pictures.

All horses have a beautiful face...but Indigo IS special. And you don't look so bad yourself!

At least now I know it's not just me! I always end up looking crazy in pictures where I'm riding or even grooming horses =/

I always look so serious, even glum when I ride. It's the concentration, but I need to smile more LOL!!

I too, have that face issue. I'm always concentrating so much that I look angry! LOL!
Indigo sure is beautiful! :)

I think you look fine. Very serious and concentrating on the job at hand. I think I must look the same way. And just think if you were wearing a big grin all the time you'd be catching bugs in your teeth.

That's one cute horse by the way. They always look good in pictures, don't they?

I was referring to the first picture because I am like D: in it. The second one I am like baring my teeth when I actually was clucking to get her to pick up her trot and collect the third I look mad or something.
Now photo's of me jumping are a whole different ball game. I look like I am having a particularly difficult bowel movement LOL!

When I was taking dressage lessons, I watched some of the facial expressions and boy do they look just plain not very sociable! I have found that around here that girls that ride dressage aren't near as nice as ones that ride western or a different disaplean.

I'm so glad it's not just me! I remember showing and I'd have to practice smiling !

Baha, Syd, That's just your war-face. It's amusing weeding through the pictures I have of you riding/driving.. There were so many more, but the top one was the best one.
My pony-riding face is all like, "8D!!"
Apparently I make the funniest face in the world when I am painting. Just painting.

This is a funny post. Yup...if I am not thinking about my face when I know someone has a camera around..I can look downright scary!

Wa is so bored with photo's..it is really tough to get her to look alive...unless the scenery is!
