Oh I almost forgot

I didn't put this picture in yesterdays Sunday stills posts on cars.

It was a couple winters ago. I went out to get into my car and found this massive drift that seems to have engulfed it. That winter it didn't go 7 days without snowing at least once. I think I shoveled more snow that winter than I did all other winters combined.

It makes me want to pack up and move to Florida.

Say it with me- Go back to Alaska winter!
I want summer back and it's not even close to our first sssssssnow yet. Brrr.

The leaves are turning all sorts of lovely colours though. I am glad because this morning I am embarking on a road trip for a few days to a place where there's more hills, lovely colours and prettier scenery than our flat county.
So what is your favorite season?
See ya all in a few days.

My favorite season? That's easy! Spring (break), summer (vacation) and/or fall (break). I have a theme going *grin*.

I'm not ready for winter, either. We've had an unseasonably warm October and that's just fine with me! LOL The worst part is the days are getting so sort, though. Just not enough time to get everything done outside that I want to!

That's a LOT of snow.
Fortunately, where I live, unless I need to go somewhere, which I usually do, lol, I can just wait for the snow to melt on the roads and driveways. When the sun comes, the snow just melts away. :) I usually have to shovel all the time however, so I can get to work.

Ack! I'm not ready for snow yet. Make it go away!
Last winter, we'd get the snow all cleared up and then it would snow the next day. I don't have a 4-wheel drive and I was constantly stuck at home. I was very sick of the white stuff last year for sure.
The first winter we moved here was brutal. We had below freezing temps for a week and the snow never melted, just became hard, brittle and painfuly difficult to walk in, especially uphill! eek!

I love Fall the most. Warm days, cool nights. The colorful leaves.

I love fall, the colors and cool weather make everything perfect! Sometimes snow can be very pretty, but then you walk outside and it's freezing...

I'm with you about wanting summer back. We didn't even get a real summer this year but what we had is sure better than what's coming.
